1. What 374 Pro is
374 Pro is a platform connecting clients with independent providers. The service is delivered by the provider, not by 374 Pro, and the provider is responsible for its quality, price and legality.
2. Booking
The provider confirms each booking. Prices are in Armenian dram and may be changed by the provider before booking. Deposit and no-show rules are set by the provider and shown when booking.
3. Reviews
Only clients who actually used the service can leave a review. Abusive, false or personal-data-containing reviews are removed.
4. For providers
Providers warrant their data is accurate and that they may provide the service. Paid plans (Start, Pro, Pro + 374 Maps) and boosts are prepaid monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from the next period. Pages labelled "Ad" hold paid positions.
Plans: Free is 0 ֏ forever (page, prices, contacts, listed in search). Start is 4 900 ֏/month (online booking, Telegram notifications); the first 50 who register get it free for 6 months. Nothing is charged automatically: after 6 months the page stays on Free unless the provider chooses Start.
5. Claiming and removal
A page created from public data can be claimed by the provider ("This is my page") or removed on request within 48 hours.
6. Limitation of liability
374 Pro is not liable for disputes between provider and client but will help resolve them. Armenian law applies.
